After seeing this on Becky Robert's Inking Idaho blog, I had to CASE it... what a great idea! Use your empty brad and button boxes from Stampin' Up and drill a hole to put a Wilton Lollipop stick (securing with hot glue). What a super Halloween treat!

2 1/2" Circle Punch fits perfectly 120906
2 3/8" Scallop Punch (Black) 118874
A piece of Black dotted ribbon124145 to accent and a BOOOOO tag made using the Modern Label Punch 119849!
Voila' ... Oh yeah fill with your favorite Halloween Candy for such a great sweet treat!
