Check it out! This is a quick and easy technique featured in the August 2012 Technique Junkie Newsletter. It's called Cut Circle but I put a different twist and used an oval but it still has a neat presentation.

The front is embossed with clear embossing powder which gives a rich-looking effect! Thanks for stopping by!
